AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. In other words, we’re the people who keep the cloud running. You’ll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. You’ll collaborate with people across AWS to help us deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers. Key job responsibilities
Office hours duty in data center operations
Capacity landing and decommissioning according to process guideline
Run rack to rack cabling include fiber and copper cables upon Amazon standards.
Rack cabling coordination and quality control
Innovate and contribute from day to day operation experiences to improve operation efficiency
Maintain proper media operations according to process guideline
Site management and maintain tidiness in operation areas
Assist Hardware Break-fix and troubleshooting according to process guideline
A day in the life
Take ownership of technical issues, utilizing cross-team collaboration when needed to drive resolution
Strive for operations excellence and innovate improvement ideas
Use ticket system to prioritize and track the installation, diagnosis, and hardware or network issues
Maintain service level agreements through the rapid response to emergency issues

Basic Qualifications
1+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience
1+ years of computer networking experience
Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of data center experience
Knowledge of fiber optic and copper cabling standards, testing equipment and troubleshooting methodologies
Experience summarizing and communicating important data
