OverviewFor our Italian affiliate based in Brunello (VA) we are looking for a Data Center Consultant.Brunello (VA), ItalyA tiempo completoGiusi LaduHead of Finance & AdministrationPhoneLinkedInObjectivesTechnical / commercial project planning documentation of complex data center infrastructures in during presales and implementation phase of projectsKnowing and understanding solutions, trends, developments and changes in the data center area, deriving and specifying the resulting customer requirementsSuccessfully processing technical / commercial inquiries, RFQs, RFPs on an international basisActive support of local Operations, Supply Chain and Sales departments by preparing and providing technical information on the successful implementation of customer projectsSupport / supervision of installations at customer sitesSales support activities in the sales regions primarily in META, WEU, NEE, SEETasksSales and technical supportInterface between Tecnosteel / Itala and R&M sales organisationsTender / project management (technical / commercial)Implementation of customer projects with the respective sales organizationsResponsibilitiesSuccessful positioning of the MArket segment data center in international project businessEnsure follow-up business with key customers through excellent project management and customer relationshipsEnsuring long-term growth and success of the data center businessEnsure long-term service orientation and the ability to develop customer-specific solutionsCompetencesCustomer-oriented, sales & technical personality with the ability to understand technical customer requirements and knowledge to put together customer-specific solutions based on a basic portfolioKnowhow and relevant experience in customer / project management in B2B contextConvincing performance, will and ability to successfully position and market data center solutions together with sales colleagues in the regionsInternational sales support and travel activity approx. 20-30% shareAbility to adapt to regional working methods, technical and commercial framework conditions and specific customer requirementsPresentations / reports and technical-commercial leadership to customers, as well as to internal and external stakeholdersExperienced handling of common IT systems (ERP, CRM, CAD) and MS Office toolsActive and self-motivated, proactive way of working, assertivenessSocial competence, team and communication skillsVery good knowledge of spoken and written English.
