OverviewJoin to apply for the Data Analytics Lead role at Champion Europe Group.In Champion’s headquarters in Carpi (Modena, Italy) we are looking for an experienced Data Analytics Lead with a strong background in Cloud Data Platform and Power BI to support and lead the team in the design, implementation, and optimization of advanced analytical solutions; plan and oversee digital projects to ensure alignment with Champion Europe goals.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate within the teams to ensure the smooth integration of data from multiple sources (databases, ERP systems, legacy systems, etc.) into Cloud Data platform and represent the data in PowerBI.Design, develop, and implement advanced dashboards and reports that are intuitive, effective, and adaptable to business needs.Coordinate both internal and external resources to meet business objectives, overseeing the modular migration project to Microsoft Fabric, ensuring a smooth transition and integration of Data Analytics solutions.Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and patterns that can drive business improvements and inform decision-making.Ensure that solutions are clearly understood by technical teams and other relevant departments to ensure successful implementation.Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis methodologies and manage change within the organization.Lead the business analysis team, coordinating and prioritizing tasks and ensuring that progress is tracked, and deadlines and objectives are met.Work closely with management and internal departments to gather business requirements, understand strategic needs, and translate them into operational solutions.Skills and QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or related fieldsAt least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong emphasis on Power BI and data visualizationProven experience in managing and leading a team of Business Analysts, BI and Data engineers including external vendorsExpertise in Power BI, including report creation, dashboard development, DAX, Power Query, and data modelingFamiliarity with data integration, ETL processes, and SQLStrong problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering data-driven solutions to business challengesStrong leadership and team management skillsAdvanced English proficiencyIn Champion we believe that with success comes opportunity.
