Reporting to the SalesOps Lead, the Data Analyst, SalesOps will play a key role on the SalesOps team by ensuring data quality, contributing to data strategy, and maintaining and standardizing reporting.
Responsibilities

Undertake analysis to identify anomalies within data and work to maintain data quality
Ensure data availability across core verticals in target geographies through data builds
Define, collect, analyse, interpret and visualise/present data to support decision making
Ensure that company data is recorded accurately and is correct
Support on various SalesOps initiatives

About You

Recent graduate or 1-2 years of similar experience
Experience using Salesforce
Demonstrate Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets skills (particularly vlookup, pivot tables etc)
Detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy
Strong critical thinker, analytical, with complex problem-solving skills
Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments and geographically distributed teams in highly collaborative environments
Highly motivated “do-er” with a strong sense of collaboration, ownership, urgency and drive
Excellent time-management skills with an ability to effectively prioritize tasks
Excellent interpersonal skills along with strong verbal and written communication skills
Passion for data and business intelligence
Prior experience in sales or business development
Knowledge in the fashion, luxury or beauty industry
