We currently have an open position in our Purchasing Department for a Data Analyst, who will be responsible for conducting vendor analysis and capacity assessments, monitoring procurement-related activities, managing and updating price lists, and ensuring data accuracy and consistency across all relevant systems.
Activities

Manage price lists;
Manage and analyzing procurement activities;
Create standard prices and update them when necessary;
Vendor;
Vendor capacity;
Manage shipping plan;
Archive data;
Update PLM (Form 1 and Form 3)

Qualifications And Requirements

Experience 1-3 years in the same role;
Problem-solving skills and result-oriented;
Proficiency knowledge of Excel;
Knowledge of AS400;
Knowledge of tools such as qlikview;
Excellence level of English.
