This role is critical to upskilling internal staff and involves working closely with a junior Power BI analyst who will shadow the successful candidate.You’ll play a central role in building new, impactful dashboards, ensuring best practices in data visualisation, and enabling clear, data-driven decision-making. Develop and deliver new dashboards in Power BI .Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into insightful visual reports.Mentor and upskill a junior data analyst during 3–4 hours of the workday.Ensure dashboard performance, usability, and adherence to data standards.Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, ideally with exposure to fintech or financial services .Strong proficiency in Power BI – hands-on, advanced knowledge required.Solid understanding of data storytelling, visualisation best practices, and dashboard performance tuning.Italian language skills – not essential but preferred for alignment with client stakeholders.English proficiency – a plus for documentation and communication.Experience mentoring or training junior team members.Power BI certifications – beneficial but not mandatory.Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics).Remote Work : 100% remote, no location restrictions (EU time zone preferred).Interview Process : One-stage 30–60 minute technical interview with a senior data analyst.
