Our capabilities include programme, project, cost, asset and commercial management, controls and performance, procurement and supply chain, net zero and digital solutions.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a D365 Project Support for the Finance & Operations (F&O) and Project Management modules. In this role, you will support project managers, commission managers and directors in the system update for the opportunity/project set-up and maintaining accurate project data, providing a continuous follow-up to grant the essential financial workflow and KPIs measurement using PowerBI integrated reporting.ResponsibilitiesObtain all new project budgets, costs, and billing milestones from project managers and set up working projects in D365.Set up any necessary intercompany or intracompany arrangements in D365 with input from project managers.Set up all contractors or subcontractors within the project on D365.Input all new opportunities into D365.Support project managers with the input of project forecasts and workload in D365.Work closely with the Finance global accounts team to resolve invoice and forecasting queries, acting as the link between finance and project management to ensure D365 remains updated and accurate.Support country and sector leads with the generation of financial reports such as pipeline and performance from D365.Update PowerBI reports for the data integration from D365 and development of the data analysis for the business KPI measurement and monitoring.QualificationsExperience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules or ERP similarPreferably experience in PowerBIPreferably previous experience (minimum 2 years) in a similar project support or financial coordination role.Based in Milan.Fluent in English (spoken and written).Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholdersPreferable degree in economics or management engineeringAdditional InformationTurner & Townsend is an equal opportunity employer.
