Everyone contributes.Basic purpose of the JobAs Cybersecurity Manager, you’ll be responsible for implementing all cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring the effectiveness of Policies, Procedures, and technologies related to information security. Your focus will be on main cybersecurity domains such as IT Risk Management, Identity & Access Management, IT Infrastructure Security, Information Security Governance, Vulnerability Assessment, Penetration Testing, and Incident Management.You will also coordinate SOC services, including security technologies, acting as the point of contact among stakeholders to manage incidents. Smart working 50% of the time.In this role, you will :Design and implement Security Policies and Procedures (e.g., IAM flows);Identify, assess, and monitor IT risks across systems, processes, and projects;Perform periodic IT Risk Assessments and support mitigation plans;Monitor End Point Protection solutions (client and server);Maintain and improve processes, and define guidelines for managing vulnerabilities of software and infrastructure;Recommend measures to fix protection issues and reduce risks;Interface between SOC and internal structures, managing communication and coordination (e.g., incident handling);Execute or coordinate Vulnerability Assessments and Penetration Tests.What makes you, makes our teamJoining Zegna means becoming part of a team working together to shape the future of our company.
