This is where you can do your best work.Learn more at iongroup.com.To strengthen our Cyber Security team, we seek talented professionals passionate about innovation and financial services.The ideal candidate will support the Chief Product Officer and the Chief Information Security Officer in delivering our innovative solutions within a dynamic, fast-paced, and creative environment.Your role :Your duties and responsibilitiesUnderstand current threats, vulnerabilities, and security protocols.Maintain familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).Balance security measures with user experience considerations.Understand network architecture, encryption methods, and security software.Communicate with developers and security engineers, translating threat intelligence into product features.Explain security issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Support the company’s financial services clients by advising and delivering top-tier security solutions.Deliver presentations and plans that meet high-quality standards promptly.Create or utilize metrics to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the product's security measures.Drive consumer intelligence through external and internal data sources to enhance understanding of the market, competitors, and consumers.Develop or adopt research tools, sources, and methods to support product marketing and management intelligence.Other duties may be assigned as the role evolves.Your skills, experience, and qualifications requiredMaster of Science degree with honors, preferably in Cybersecurity, Systems Engineering, or Computer Science.Passion for innovation and financial services.Preferred 5-7 years of experience in financial services, consulting, or ICT business.Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in Italian and English.Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with a strong team orientation and customer focus.What we offer :Permanent employment contract.Location : MilanImportant notes :In accordance with Italian Law (L.68 / 99), candidates from the disability list will be given priority.J-18808-Ljbffr
