Would you like to join an international company in the wind energy sector?MED SCADA & Cyber Security Sales Solutions, within MED Power Plant Solutions Department, is responsible for value engineering, contractual risk management, and product management of SCADA & Cyber Security solutions in Vestas power plants. These projects span Sales and Service stages across the Mediterranean region, including South and Eastern Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. The team delivers advanced monitoring, control, data acquisition, and cybersecurity services for wind technology.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and interpret Cyber Security requirements related to Wind Power Plants; communicate proactively with customers and regulatory authorities in the Mediterranean area.Provide market requirements to R&D for the development of Cyber Security products and services, ensuring future compliance and competitiveness.Serve as the regional contact point for Cyber Security matters, representing the Mediterranean region within Vestas Group.Ensure alignment with Cyber Security best practices across the region.Train internal teams and customers on new Cyber Security products and services.Participate in team selling approaches, building value in projects, and guiding customers on standards and specifications.Review customer tender specifications for Cyber Security, managing technical risks.Prepare technical contractual specifications during bid stages.Engage in technical meetings with customers and support operations with Cyber Security queries.QualificationsMaster's or Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication, Information Security, Electronic, Automation Engineering, or related fields.Over 5 years of experience in cybersecurity roles, including document review and compliance assessments.Familiarity with frameworks like IEC62443, CISA CSF 2.0, ENISA NIS 2, ISO 27001.Pre-Sales Cyber Security experience is a plus.Knowledge of network security, ethical hacking, penetration testing, intrusion detection, malware detection, and access management.CISSP or CISM certifications are advantageous.Knowledge of ICT requirements in Wind Power Plants is valuable.Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.CompetenciesStrong analytical skills for document analysis and compliance assessment.Effective communication and presentation skills.Confidence in engaging with external stakeholders.Ability to simplify technical topics for non-technical audiences.Creative problem-solving and motivation to meet customer needs.Teamwork and collaboration within an international environment.Organizational skills to prioritize in a demanding environment.High ethical standards and accountability.Willingness to travel within the Mediterranean region to support customer needs.What We OfferAttractive salary, 5% bonus, and meal vouchers.Medical and life insurance.Opportunities for professional growth in an international environment.Additional InformationWe are hiring in Madrid (Spain) and Taranto (Italy).
