About the role
The Ferrero Finance Direction is currently seeking a talented candidate to join our Customer and Collection Accounting team, within the broader Accounts Receivable function. This role plays a vital part in managing the daily operations related to customer accounting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial processes for Ferrero Commerciale Italia.
Responsibilities

Oversee customer account reconciliations and clearing of transitory accounts.
Monitor customer credit and track incoming payments (cash, check, online transfer) ensuring timely and accurate clearing of customer transactions.
Apply VAT regulations related to processing of tax invoices and credit notes, adjusting for specific cases.
Analyze customer account statements and coordinate necessary refunds in collaboration with the sales team.
Perform additional operational tasks as required by business needs.

Qualifications

Degree in Business Management or related field.
Strong analytical thinking and ability to thrive in high‑pressure environments.
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with SAP.
Fluency in English.
Consumer‑centric mindset and dedication to crafting brilliant results for consumers worldwide.
