We're Hiring : Customer Support Specialist (Slovenian & English) in Sofia, Bulgaria
Are you fluent in Slovenian and ready to support customers of a premium global lifestyle brand? Join our on-site team in Sofia, where you'll assist adult consumers via phone, chat, and email with orders, product setup, troubleshooting, and account-related questions all while ensuring compliance with strict age-verification and industry standards.
Location : On-site in Sofia, Bulgaria
Languages : Slovenian (C2 / native) + English (B2+)
Shifts : Rotational between Mon - Sat (9:00 - 23:00) & Sun (10:00 - 19:00)
Type : Full-time
