GRS Recruitment is working with a payment solutions provider, looking to recruit a Customer Support Representative for their offices in Nicosia. The successful candidate will be part of the existing support team and will be required to work on a shift basis. Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Customer consultation and responding to inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
Maintaining solid customer relationships in a timely and professional manner.
Liaising with other departments when necessary.
Working on rotational shifts 24/7.
Candidate Profile:
Fluent in English and German or Polish, in writing or verbally.
Exceptional verbal and written communication, soft skills, and problem-solving skills.
Computer literacy.
Work experience in customer support or a similar position.
Pleasant personality and good team player.
