Who we’re looking for
We are looking for a Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Rome.
You will support the Customer Success team with onboarding and assisting clients, ensuring they have a smooth experience while using our platform.
This position is a great learning opportunity for anyone eager to explore the world of hospitality technology and gain hands‑on experience in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities

Support the team during the onboarding process for new clients
Assist colleagues in providing customer support via email, chat, and phone
Help update CRM and support tools with accurate client information
Contribute to collecting customer feedback and sharing insights with the team

Minimum requirements

Fluency in Italian, French, and English (written and spoken)
Proven experience in Technical Support, Helpdesk, or Customer Care positions
Availability to work on-site at our Rome office
