If you like challenges and want to be part of one of the fastest-growing B2B scale-ups, BizAway is the company you have been looking for.We are looking forWe are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Customer Success Team Lead for the Italian market (m/f/d), based in Milan, who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Customer Success team.Your role in BizAwayAs a Team Lead, you will lead a team of 6–8 Customer Success Executives.Your main responsibilitiesLead, coach, and inspire your team of CSEs, supporting their personal and professional growthOversee the customer journey delivered by your team, from onboarding to adoption, renewals, and expansion; ensuring clients maximize value from BizAwayDrive commercial success by supporting upselling, cross-selling, and contract renegotiationsMonitor client health and team performance using dashboards, KPIs, and SalesforceAnticipate renewal risks, design mitigation plans, and secure contract renewalsCollaborate with Support, Service, and Product teams to ensure a seamless client experienceYour basic qualificationsYou have proven experience leading a team (ideally in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales)You have a strong understanding of the customer lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, renewals, and growthYou are commercially minded with experience in upselling and contract negotiationsYou are confident using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and dashboards to track KPIsYou have excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsYou are fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)We are also interested inPrevious experience in Travel Tech, SaaS, or the travel industryExperience working in fast-paced scale-up environmentsOur offerA seat on a scale-up with skyrocketing growthCompetitive salary and performance-based bonusCareer growth and leadership development opportunitiesMulticultural and international teamCollaborative and smart environment to work and learnFree coffee to kick-start your day and free beers to celebrate togetherFlexible working policy (3 days in the office + 2 remote) and office in the very heart of MilanBizAway guarantees equal employment opportunities for all individuals, in compliance with Art. 3 of the Italian Constitution, Legislative Decree 198/2006 (Equal Opportunities Code), Law 162/2021, and EU Directive 2006/54/EC.
