OverviewCustomer Success Manager AI-Image Analysis at Leica Microsystems (a Danaher operating company). The Customer Success Manager engages our customers to drive adoption of the Leica Microsystems image analysis software portfolio. This position focuses on onboarding customers, delivering a positive customer experience, turning customers into advocates, and managing renewals.ResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for customers regarding Leica Microsystems’ AI image analysis software and drive a positive customer experience.Work with Market Development, Application, Product Expert and Marketing teams to grow a strong user community.Manage renewals and drive expansion.Directly contribute to meeting quarterly and annual sales targets.Utilize value selling techniques to identify and address customer needs.Essential RequirementsBA/BS or MS degree in biology or chemistry, or a related scientific field.Proven experience in a customer-facing role (Customer Success Management, Customer Support or Account Management) in a SaaS or software sales environment.Experience using microscopy and/or image analysis software.Hands-on experience with advanced microscopy systems (e.g., confocal, multi-photon, spinning disk, and/or light sheet).Fluency in English and in another European language.Travel, License & EnvironmentAbility to travel approximately 10% travel, overnight, within territory or locations.Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.About Leica and DanaherLeica Microsystems is a Danaher operating company offering a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs.
