By putting people first and focusing on behavioral science they are disrupting the status-quo of Cyber Security.ResponsibilitiesBe the key point of contact for a portfolio of Italian speaking customers from onboarding through renewalManage the technical implementation of SoSafe Awareness Platform (SaaS product) ensuring a smooth and successful Go-LiveGuide and advise customers on cybersecurity awareness measures helping them maximise the impact of our platformConduct business reviews highlight ROI and support renewal / upsell conversationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales Support Product etc.) to drive success of your customersAct as the voice of the customer internally by sharing feedback with product development teamLeverage the relationships you build to identify reference customers and case study candidatesRequirementsCustomer-centric with a proactive and hands-on mindset and strong motivation to make an impact in a fast growing company2 years of experience in Customer Success Onboarding or Account Management ideally within a SaaS companyComfortable handling technical setups and liaising with support or engineering teams when neededStrong communication and stakeholder management skills able to handle commercial conversations confidentlyFluent in Italian and EnglishAble to manage multiple customers tasks and stakeholders in parallelComfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative international teamInterest in cybersecurity or willingness to learn quicklyKey SkillsBiddingBusiness SolutionsABAPBusiness OperationsBusiness SalesCorporate MarketingEmploymentEmployment Type: Full TimeExperience: yearsVacancy: 1
