OverviewThis role is based in MilanJoin TUI Musement as a TXC Customer Service Support Advisor and help to support memorable experiences for our final and 3rd party guests. You will be the bridge between our customers and internal departments, serve them in different languages and through multiple channels, whilst giving support to first level Support Advisors.About the JobProcess manual ticket purchase, administrative tasks and back office activities;To follow and respect SLAs and KPIs;Provide excellent on-hand support to the first level support advisors;Take ownership / resolve mass issues and complaint handling;Technical issues reporting;Serve customers through multichannel assistance, tools and projects;The work is organized in shifts and includes weekends and bank holidays.About YouYou speak fluent English plus a second additional language; Italian, French, German or SpanishHave good communication skills with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback;To use your proactiveness to identify issues and ownership to solve them with a solution-oriented approach;A willingness to work on individual weakness and strengths to overcome / reinforce them and a strong learning mindset;Supportive within the team;Can assess the impact of their actions on the team and on the business;Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where change is part of the daily work;Structured and detail-oriented.About Our OfferCompetitive salary and benefitsAn option for a hybrid working policy from home and office after a qualifying periodWe offer excellent career opportunities, free language lessons, learning weeks and development programsWe love to see your uniqueness shine through and inspire the future of travel.
