Operational handling of online reservations for Hotels, Flights, Car rental, Transfers, etc.
Handling bookings/cases with last-minute and on-spot challenges to solve problems.
Receiving incoming calls, helping travel agents using the platform and managing reservations with special requests.
Creative thinking and results-oriented candidate with ability to handle complicated cases.
Maintaining and updating records within the Learning Management System (LMS).
Troubleshooting basic technical issues and guiding users through LMS navigation.
Collaborating with trainers and operations.
