Join us in redefining the boundaries of what’s possible.Your RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and flexible Customer Service Senior with an international mindset to join our team as a manager. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a problem-solving attitude, the ability to work in a team-oriented environment and leadership.Main Responsibilities:Manage quotations, order processing, and shipment coordinationHandle international export procedures and ensure compliance with regulationsMonitoring and coordination of all phases: order processing, invoicing, shipping, export formalities, with priority managementProvide technical service supportMaintain direct contact with freight forwarders and logistics providersEnsure smooth communication between internal departments and external partnersFlexibility to handle new tasksMain Requirements:Fluency in English and at least one other European language (spoken and written)Previous experience of at least 10 years in a sales or customer service department with good knowledge of export OperationsStrong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and teamwork mindsetOpen-minded and internationally orientedAbility to operate in a dynamic and constantly changing work environmentKnowledge of the main IT and management toolsKnowledge and use of SAPOur Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitmentWe are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
