Customer Service Representative (Italian + English)
Location: Lisbon, Portugal (remote work from anywhere in Portugal)
Contract Type: Permanent, with 14 monthly payments
Start Date: 23 November 2025
About the Role
We are looking for an Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team dedicated to the small home appliances sector.
The ideal candidate is customer-oriented, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a good command of English.
You will work remotely from anywhere in Portugal, providing support to Italian customers via phone, email, and chat.
Main Responsibilities
Provide customer support in Italian (and in English when required).
Handle inquiries related to products, orders, warranties, and complaints.
Deliver quick and effective solutions, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Meet quality standards and performance KPIs.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and communication.
Requirements
Excellent command of Italian (C2) and good knowledge of English (B2).
Previous experience in customer service or a similar role.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in an international environment.
Residence in Portugal (fully remote role).
Working Hours
Monday to Saturday: 08:00 - 18:00 (Portuguese time).
Days off: Sunday + 1 rotational day.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: 1,000 × 14 months.
Additional bonus: 100 × 12 months.
Meal allowance: 7.23 per working day.
Transport allowance: 20 per month.
Health insurance: active from day 1.
Relocation support: flight reimbursement + shared accommodation provided.
