Job TitleCustomer Service RepresentativeFor a multinational company specialized in developing and manufacturing medical devices and surgical products we are looking for a Customer Service Representative.The resource will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customers’ satisfaction through the proactive management of back orders for impacted products/customer.We offer a full time fixed term contract until the end of March 2026.ResponsibilitiesBe accountable for outbound calls to the assigned customers in order to offer alternative products in substitution;Manage the replacement offer and the order processing, following guidelines and procedures;Track and report all the interactions with the customers, recording on the dedicated system all the orders, changes, cancellations, delivery dates, application of products, and pricing.
