Job Overview
Survitec, the global leader in survival technology, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Marine division in Genoa, Italy. This role supports customers throughout their journey, managing the full customer lifecycle from quotations and order processing to after‑sales support and ensuring an exceptional experience at every stage.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver advanced product and service information while resolving complex customer inquiries.
Process quotations and orders (including customized requests) and coordinate delivery with internal teams.
Build strong customer relationships through proactive outbound communication.
Act as the first point of contact for customer complaints and escalations.
Maintain accurate customer data in the CRM system to support business growth.
Understand customer needs, offer technical guidance, and collaborate with technical specialists for tailored solutions.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Stay up to date with industry trends through training and development opportunities.
Perform additional duties as required by management.
Skills & Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong telephone etiquette and customer service experience (marine industry experience is a plus).
A proactive, problem‑solving mindset.
Proficiency in English and Italian (both spoken and written).
