The CSR works with multiple sourcing locations, transportation modes, and a broad range of products, requiring multitasking and critical thinking. Responsible for receiving and recording customer complaints and facilitating resolution with internal partners.Reporting, Metrics, Audits: Performs daily activities with a compliance outlook.
