Reporting under moderate supervision, you will assist with customer inquiries related to product availability, maintenance, and order status. You’ll develop your skills through executing established procedures and managing customer data with accuracy and care.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality customer service under moderate supervisionAccurately obtain and verify customer details including names, addresses, billing information, product numbers, and purchase specificationsRespond to basic and moderately complex inquiries about product availability, maintenance, and order statusResolve basic customer service and billing complaints professionallyMaintain, audit, and update records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and actions takenFollow established procedures to complete assigned tasks reliablyBasic QualificationsGraduate, preferably with a Bachelor’s degreeMinimum 4 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable, Customer Service, Order Management, or Accounting OperationsPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree with 5+ years relevant experience in Customer Service, Order Management, or OperationsStrong skills in Microsoft Office and Power BIExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate across all organizational levelsExperience in retail or consumer packaged goods industriesCustomer-facing experience with a problem-solving mindset and focus on enhancing customer experienceAdaptability to changing priorities and ability to maintain high-quality outputExperience with regional or global Order to Cash processesStrong organizational skills and self-direction to meet deadlinesWhat You Will GainFlexible working arrangementsCareer progression opportunitiesCompany-provided mobile phone and laptopCompensation includes eligibility for an annual performance bonus based on individual and company performance.
