Responsibilities

Supporto tecnico alla rete di assistenza per l'utilizzo e la gestione degli smart tools di diagnostica avanzata e gestione del firmware dei prodotti.
Gestione delle attività di diagnostica avanzata sui prodotti ritirati nel nostro laboratorio interno.
Sviluppo, produzione e traduzione di materiale dedicato al training tecnico per l'intera rete di assistenza.

Profile

Diploma tecnico/laurea con specializzazione elettronica o “equivalente”
Appasionato di tecnologia, in particolare su temi IoT/Embedded e elettronica
Abilitá nel problem solving e al pensiero creativo
Padronanza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata
