Humangest S.p.A.Humangest, a company specialized in personnel Recruitment and Selection, is looking on behalf of a client operating in the industrial sector for a Customer Service Engineer.Job DescriptionThe selected candidate will be part of the Customer Service Department and will report to the Department Manager. Their main technical and commercial responsibilities will include:Managing various technical administrative processes such as sales quotations, preparation of tender documentation, handling non-conformities, complaints, and technical requests.Improving the level of service provided to customers and ensuring customer satisfaction.Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.Collaborating with various internal teams, including sales, production, and logistics, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.Attending customer and internal meetings to facilitate communication and collaboration.Acting as the main point of contact for customers and external sales staff.RequirementsMaster's degree in Engineering or equivalent experienceFluent English is mandatoryExperience working with distributors and channel partners in a global or multicultural environmentGood knowledge of ERP, CRM, and other related toolsFamiliarity with manufacturing processes and supply chain managementStrong customer and market orientation, excellent problem-solving skills, solution-focused approach, result-driven, disciplined, tenacious, and self-motivated. Able to work independently and in a team.
