At Krka's affiliate, Krka Italy, located in Milan, we are seeking a dedicated colleague to join our team. The role involves providing customer support via telephone and email, addressing inquiries related to our products, their availability, ordering, and supply processes.
Key Responsibilities
Order management: track orders and dispatches, monitor payments and arrangements with customers as well as realization of marketing contracts.
Support and inform management and field force about arrangements with customers and realization of contracts.
Provide permanent telephone and / or email customer support regarding orders, product availability, shipments, payments and agreements.
Enter data related to customers and orders into relevant IT systems.
Process any complaints into relevant IT systems and forward them for further resolving.
Prepare analyses and reviews of marketing and other data.
