MS Printing Solutions is a trusted global manufacturer of innovative solutions for the demanding and ever-changing market of digital textile printing.
JK Group is a leader in the production of innovative inks for digital textile printing, focusing on water-based pigment, disperse, reactive, and sublimation inks, providing the worldwide digital textile printing market through two independent brands: Kiian Digital and J-Teck3.
The Customer Service Assistant's main task is to satisfy the customer's needs, both in terms of products and services.
She/He acts as the interface between administration and the customer, aiming to eliminate obstacles. She/He processes orders and ensures they are correctly fulfilled in terms of quality and timing.
She/He supports the sales function (mainly Area Sales Managers) by providing customized offers. She/He is also in constant contact with production planning and logistics (shipping) to ensure adequate customer service.
Responsibilities

Process orders and ensure they are fulfilled, including export activities.
Manage urgent orders and define product shipping priorities.
Support the sales network with customer administration issues.
Collaborate with Credit Recovery to resolve disputes and manage credit lines.
Handle customer complaints or concerns.
Update all contacts in the customer database system accurately.
Generate reports for management as required.
Collaborate with Compliance on regulations related to business control and revenue recognition.
Coordinate with other company functions (Marketing, Product & Trade Compliance, etc.) for customer communication.

Requirements

High school diploma in Foreign Languages, Accountancy, or equivalent work experience in Customer Service.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in similar roles within multinational companies with diverse cultures.
Good knowledge of SAP.
Fluent in English; additional languages preferred.
Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
No international travel required; open to international cultural environments.
Strong interpersonal skills to build trust with customers and sales teams.
High ethical standards, openness, and trustworthiness.
