Position to be filled
Responsibilities
Member of a team, the customer service agent guarantees a good commercial relationship:
Working with the sales team to follow up the customer.
Providing a quick response to customer questions to resolve their problems effectively.
Contributing more broadly to customer retention and loyalty.

Needs
English and Italian required, good oral and written level
Mastery of IT tools and possibly an ERP would be a plus
Experience required: 2 years in equivalent position
Function level: Junior or senior
Tasks and function
E-mails, calls (respond to various requests from customers, salespeople, internal services).
Management of orders from registration to invoicing.
Customer relationship management: email, phone
Checking the availability of products and production in connection with the different storage sites
Monitoring deliveries in conjunction with carriers
Claims management
Monitoring payments in collaboration with accounting department
Interface between the different contacts (customers, sales, logistics, accounting, production & quality, marketing, etc.)
Provides additional commercial support for order management.
