Job Title : Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Digital Marketing ManagerLocation : Italy (Remote)Department : Marketing & Customer ExperienceCompany Overview :Our customer is a global leader in the automotive sector, known for our innovation, high-quality products, and customer-centric approach. With our strategic expansion in the Italian market, we are looking for a CRM and Digital Marketing Manager to drive customer engagement, loyalty, and digital performance.Role Purpose :The CRM and Digital Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing CRM strategies and digital initiatives that enhance the customer lifecycle, improve retention, and increase overall satisfaction across all digital touchpoints.Key Responsibilities :CRM ManagementDevelop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer retention, engagement, and reactivation.Build, segment, and manage customer databases in compliance with GDPR.Design and manage customer lifecycle journeys through email, SMS, and other direct channels.Monitor CRM KPIs and provide regular reports and insights to leadership.Digital Marketing & ActivationOversee digital marketing campaigns including performance marketing (SEM, social, display) to support lead generation and customer engagement.Manage the local website and digital assets to ensure a user-friendly, on-brand experience.Collaborate with central / global teams to adapt campaigns and tools to the Italian market.Customer Data & AnalyticsUtilize customer insights to drive personalization and optimize customer touchpoints.Track user behavior and campaign performance using CRM and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Google Analytics).Recommend actions based on data-driven insights to improve digital effectiveness.Marketing AutomationManage automation flows (welcome series, win-back, loyalty triggers, etc.).Collaborate with internal IT / tech teams to maintain CRM platforms and integrations.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Sales, After-Sales, and Product teams to align CRM and digital efforts.Support local dealers and partners with CRM tools and digital marketing best practices.Requirements :Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or Business.5+ years of experience in CRM and / or digital marketing, preferably within the automotive, retail, or tech industry.Solid knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe, HubSpot) and marketing automation platforms.Experience with digital analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Power BI).Strong project management and communication skills.Native-level Italian and fluent English.Self-starter, data-driven, with a strong customer-centric mindset.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote, and international environment.What We Offer :A key role in driving digital and CRM transformation in a growing market.Remote work flexibility within Italy.Dynamic and international company culture.Competitive salary and benefits package.
