We are looking for a Customer Quality Engineer in our plant in San Giovanni Valdarno .Your Responsibilities:Perform performance analysis of the installed fleet of chargers worldwide and report to the Organization and CustomersApply problem solving methodology (8D) and work closely with other business functions to accomplish root cause investigationDefine product Hardware and Software containment, corrective and preventive actions to solve product issues and increase overall quality and reliabilityImplement improvements to process and recommend alternative testing as neededEnsure that global software and systems development processes and best-practices are executed in all development projects through a combination of coaching, project audits, and reviewsAssist the development teams to identify individual project quality risks, and to put in place enough risk mitigation measuresCoach directly project teams during formal problem solving of customer issues, including the appropriate application of root cause analysis tools (i.e. 8D, 5-Why)Be part of product development since early stage to assess product compliance to specification, performance and implementation of lesson learnt • Cooperate to build failure prediction model. Communicate results and business impacts of insight initiatives to internal stakeholders and customerReview product standards, asses new product deviation and provide feedback to other departments within the OrganizationWork on site and remotely within international organization and vehicle manufacturersYour backgroundMaster’s Degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Mechatronics, Electrical, Automation EngineeringCollaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skillsAffinity with programming skills: Like C++/C/Python/SQL2+ years of professional experience working in Electronic or Electric company in engineering, R&D, service, and/or quality role is a plusAutomotive market is a plusAffinity with power electronics, digital hardware, and circuit theory; deep knowledge is a plusExperience on working with laboratory measuring instruments is a plusAvailability to travel internationally (5%)Welcome to Operations, where strategic supply chain management and operational excellence meet.
