Join to apply for the Customer Project Manager role at INNIO Group.What INNIO offers you: a fast-growing international business environment, a young, supportive and enthusiastic team, learning and development opportunities to craft your career path, and a hybrid working model with Home Office options following local regulations.In This Role You Will Be Responsible ForTechnical and Commercial Project Order Execution of New Unit and Service (overhauls, repair, and upgrades) equipment orders from distributors, key accounts, and direct customers.Focus primarily on Equipment scope of supply according INNIO Jenbacher Product Program.Cross-functional coordination of technical and commercial project execution.Responsible for Revenue, Payment collection, NU Inventory and claim management for all assigned orders under execution in close cooperation with Finance.Creating additional order intake and revenue by selling during the project execution additional options.Technical and commercial review of supplier quotations.Oversee projects during their execution phase at the construction site.Support know-how transfer and training programs for Distributors and Key Accounts to align project execution processes with INNIO Jenbacher’s Project Management processes.Support continuous development of the Project Management Process and Tools based on KPI’s such as revenue, contribution margin, customer satisfaction, complete and on-time delivery, finished goods inventory, and collections.Focus on customer alignment and simplification initiatives to ensure qualitative and effective order execution.Your ProfileEngineering (mechanical or electrical - e.g. HTL) and/or commercial Bachelor degree.Three years of experience in the relevant industry, preferably in reciprocating engine industry and in the discipline of Customer Project Management.Excellent English and Italian skills (written and oral), preferably also a 3rd language.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Team player and strong reliability.Demonstrated external focus & inclusiveness.Willingness to travel up to 30% within EU.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionProject Management and Information Technology
