Your role
The Customer Intelligence Senior Analyst supports analytics at the customer level, extracting insights from customer data for the entire company, locally or globally. The analyst leverages SQL (Hive/MySQL), builds new queries, and conducts advanced analysis to identify key business drivers. Deliverables include ad‑hoc analyses, customer analytics, and reporting.
Main responsibilities
Write and maintain SQL queries for weekly and monthly reporting.
Build and update dashboards to monitor customer base health and key trends.
Analyze the customer database to identify customer types, behavioral segments and inter‑purchase intervals.
Prepare reports and presentations with actionable insights and business recommendations.
Collaborate across teams and meet project deadlines in an international environment.
Main requirements
Strong knowledge of SQL (mandatory).
Experience with Airflow & GitLab.
Google BigQuery proficiency.
Strong data‑visualisation skills (Power BI, Tableau, Looker – mandatory).
Familiarity with statistical packages (R, Python, SAS) is a plus.
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros) and PowerPoint for presentations.
At least 4 years of relevant experience in a data/analytics role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and mathematical abilities.
Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
Capability to work under stress and tight deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Economics or Statistics.
