Job Description
The Role
Reporting directly to our COO, you will be the core of our expansion strategy. You won't just be a manager, but a strategic coach tasked with maximizing the customer lifecycle and value.
Key Responsibilities

Leading and motivating a team of Customer Expansion Specialists, ensuring high performance and a quality commercial approach
Defining the Upsell strategy across various client segments, optimizing processes and minimizing the churn rate
Promoting a consultative sales model, helping doctors understand the value of the proposed solutions and how they can impact their business
Analyzing portfolio data, identifying growth opportunities and areas for improvement
Working closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to create effective campaigns, initiatives, and materials
Monitoring weekly and monthly KPIs, ensuring accurate forecasting

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in sales / customer expansion roles (upselling, inside sales, account management)
Ability to lead teams and improve performance through coaching, processes, and analysis
Experience in SaaS, digital, or tech environments
Analytical skills and familiarity with KPIs, metrics, and CRM (Hubspot / Salesforce)
Professional knowledge of English language

Nice to Have

1–2 years of experience managing goal-oriented teams focused on business objectives
Experience selling marketing products (e.g., Google Ads)
Interest in the healthcare sector
