We are looking for Customer Engineer UPS/ AC Power to join our team in Rome, Italy!
As Customer Engineer UPS/AC Power you will be responsible for start ups, maintenance, and emergency repairs for Vertiv UPS, battery, power distribution, and site monitoring equipment. Required to establish, promote and maintain excellent rapport with all customers, salesmen, distributors, and others within the area. Maintain continuous communications with Call Controland the department Manager/Supervisor.
What kind of work will you be doing?
Maintenance and commissioning of UPS systems and battery systems at the customer's site
Testing of system parameters and processes, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, and repair of malfunctions
Documentation and realization of the assignments on time and on target
Usage of all necessary tools within the VERTIV policies
Emergency Standby within the region
What will make you successful?
Technical Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent
Experience of working in a technical service or test environment of AC Power equipment essential
Computer Literate (All office associated programs such as, word, excel, outlook)
Previous field service experience essential
Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication skills
Self starter, ability to plan , organise and manage time effectively with an ability to work under pressure
Clean Valid driving licence
