We work consistently for gender pay equality, empowering women in leadership positions, while providing inclusively international mobility opportunities for all.PurposeTo inform the medical community within assigned territory on products, devices and disease management in order to achieve business objectives,increase product awareness, answer queries, provide advice, introduce new products and increase share of voice on Chiesi brand and products.The incumbent should follow and align with Chiesi’s Code of Conduct while building strong customer relations.Main Responsibilities1.Communicate with the medical community within the assigned area in order to pass knowledge on product characteristics2.Address doctors’ concerns to make the maximum benefit for the patient and those around the patient, involve company’s resources when appropriate3.Increase awareness in specific treatments to ensure patient’s adherence to cure in collaborations with MSL4.Inform doctors in assigned area on product indications and adverse reactions; win new customers, as well as developing long-term relationships with existing ones5.Implementation of multichannel customer engagement plans that creates a positive customer experience (CX)6.Keep up to date with the latest clinical data supplied by the company, and interpret, present and discuss this data with health professionals during presentations7.Implementation of territorial tactical plans based on company’s strategy while also exploring new opportunities.Enrichment of his/her knowledge on competition and share information respectively8.Keep up to date with, anticipate potential negative and positive impacts on the business and adapt plans accordingly9.
