The Customer Engagement specialist supports the Customer Engagement Team in the day-to-day operational and analytical activities related to customer performance monitoring, reporting, and support to sales and product teams.
Responsibilities
Supports the development and update of periodic reporting tools in Excel to monitor commercial KPIs, pricing, customer trends and sales performance.
Collaborates in customer segmentation and performance analysis to identify areas of growth or risk.
Assists in managing and maintaining pricing lists and commercial terms in coordination with the Sales team.
Contributes to the launch of new products and onboarding of new customers by supporting operational setup and data flows.
Supports the analysis of promotional campaigns and evaluates their commercial impact.
Ensures data accuracy and alignment by collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Trade & Go to Market, Marketing, Customer Service, and Controlling.
Prepares ad hoc analysis and dashboards to support data-driven decisions within the Customer Development function.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Management Engineering.
Languages
Italian and English (fluent).
Required Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data management).
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Previous experience (1–2 years) in commercial analysis, sales support or business analysis roles, ideally in pharma or FMCG.
Familiarity with collaboration and productivity tools (Google Workspace, MS Office).
