At Dompé Farmaceutici, we are not just a pharmaceutical company—we are an innovation-driven organization with over 130 years of experience, committed to advancing science and improving human health.The Customer Engagement specialist Supports the Customer Engagement Team in the day-to-day operational and analytical activities related to customer performance monitoring, reporting, and support to sales and product teams.Responsibilities :Supports the development and update of periodic reporting tools in Excel to monitor commercial KPIs, pricing, customer trends and sales performance; Collaborates in customer segmentation and performance analysis to identify areas of growth or risk; Assists in managing and maintaining pricing lists and commercial terms in coordination with the Sales team; Contributes to the launch of new products and onboarding of new customers by supporting operational setup and data flows; Supports the analysis of promotional campaigns and evaluates their commercial impact; Ensures data accuracy and alignment by collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Trade & Go to Market, Marketing, Customer Service, and Controlling; Prepares ad hoc analysis and dashboards to support data-driven decisions within the Customer Development function.Qualifications : Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Management Engineering. Languages : Italian and English (fluent);Required Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data management); Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail; Previous experience (1–2 years) in commercial analysis, sales support or business analysis roles, ideally in pharma or FMCG; Familiarity with collaboration and productivity tools (Google Workspace, MS Office).Preferred Skills :Team player with proactive attitude; Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks; Problem-solving mindset and result orientation.
