We're a leading company in the e-commerce logistics field. We're looking for a Customer Service Specialist to work with CC team in Carpiano.Ready to learn more? What will be your daily bread (or croissant)?Full client care while guiding them toward independent use of our internal systems.Email and phone communication with B2B e-shop clients (this is not a call center role).Cross-departmental communication throughout the company.Checking and updating client data in internal systems.Preparing and reviewing documentation for monthly invoicing.Collaborating with the product team to optimize our software solutions.How to know you're the one?Experience in a similar role involving direct client communication — you know how to be professional and helpful.Strong communication skills — we’re a service-based company, so this matters.Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel — you should be able to work with pivot tables and use VLOOKUP.Ability to communicate in English both via email and phone (and of course proffessional Italian).Why Mailstep?We're a fast-growing company with great potential — if you’re looking for a job where things move and boredom isn’t an option, this is it!25 days of vacation in total.A fun, young team with a sense of humor.After the trial period, you can work from home 2 days a week.
