The Customs Team Lead is responsible for managing the overall operations and establishing effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control and safety measures as established and set for the Operations Department.In this role, you will be running customs operations within Automotive vertical, setting up a high performing team, improve processes and implement tools and applications to increase customer satisfaction with a successful management of productivity and in respect of high standard level of compliance.
