Social network you want to login/join with:FOR THIS POSITION, APPLICATIONS CAN BE SUBMITTED IN ITALIAN OR ENGLISH.This is a temporary position not to exceed 1 year.Applications will be accepted from EXTERNAL Local and National applicants.If you have questions about this vacancy or the application process, please contact us at:0444-715026 from 14:00 to 16:00 (Mon-Fri).Job Responsibilities:Provide daily cleaning services to an assigned block of rooms in the Army Lodging Facility.Empty and clean trashcans and ashtrays, make beds, change linens bi-weekly or upon guest departure.Change mattress pads, bedspreads, blankets, ironing board covers, and shower curtains as needed.Dust furniture, doors, windowsills, pictures, light fixtures, radio, telephones, ceiling fans, vents, and wall hangings.Sweep, dry mop, scrub, wax, and polish floors.Perform routine maintenance of cleaning equipment.Clean, disinfect, and deodorize toilets, washbasins, tubs, and showers.Mop bathroom floors, replace soap, toilet paper, and towels as needed; clean mirrors, sinks, and water fountains.Neatly fold and place newspapers and reading materials on tables.Fill out room cleaning reports and report missing items to the supervisor.Defrost refrigerators, clean ovens, toasters, coffee makers, microwaves, dishwashers, and irons.Shampoo rugs, wash walls, blinds, woodwork, and radiators.Rotate and vacuum mattresses; dispose of trash.Move furniture to facilitate cleaning of floors and surfaces.Maintain stocks of cleaning supplies and equipment; report needs or repairs to the supervisor.Work Schedule:40 hours per week, 5 days, including weekends and holidays.Working hours: 08:00 to 16:30, including a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.Minimum Qualifications:Ability to perform the work independently with normal supervision.Good work practices: keeping things clean, neat, and in order.Ability to interpret instructions and specifications.Ability to use and maintain cleaning tools and equipment.Dexterity and safety awareness.Elementary knowledge of English is desirable.Evaluation:Applicants must demonstrate sufficient experience to meet the position requirements.
