Responsibilities
Prepare daily lunch and dinner meals following the menu and nutritional guidelines.
Manage the kitchen, ensuring compliance with HACCP and hygienic‑sanitary regulations.
Adapt meal preparation to special diets or guest needs (e.g., low‑phosphorus, modified consistency).
Order and store raw materials, maintaining an organised inventory.
Collaborate with the assistance team to meet guests’ specific requirements.
Qualifications
Preferable previous experience as cook in collective or socio‑sanitary contexts.
HACCP certificate (knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations).
Reliability, precision and teamwork skills.
Availability to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Immediate availability.
Benefits and Working Conditions
Contratto: CCNL UNEBA, Livello 4S.
Assunzione con contratto a tempo determinato di 1 mese per sostituzione, a partire dal 19/01/2026.
Luogo di lavoro: Pontida (BG).
Orario di Lavoro: Part Time, 30 ore settimanali.
Possibili fasce orarie:
15:30 – 20:45 / 8:30 – 15:15
9:30 – 14:45 / 16:30 – 20:45
11:00 – 15:15 / 8:30 – 12:45
