Overview
We are looking for a CUOCO/A to manage contract kitchen services in TORINO.
Responsibilities

Prepare daily meals following the standard recipe.
Manage diet plans for customers with different intolerances or allergies.
Maintain the kitchen inventory and procure supplies.

Qualifications

Experience in collective kitchen, corporate catering, tourist villages, commercial restaurants.
Basic computer skills.
Diploma from hotel school.
Knowledge of HACCP standards.
Passion, curiosity and motivation in the food area.

Respect for hygiene and sanitary regulations.
