With growth plans to almost double their already huge turnover, there could not be a better time to join!Responsibilities :Responsible for CSA delivery, Site Management, and quality in line with customer and company expectationsManage CSA sub-contractors, mainly being the Civils element on new building. Clear understanding of pre fab and concrete works.Co-ordinate the works of the site team including sub-contractors / trades and external supply chainImplement and maintain quality assurance methods / standards to assure delivery of projectsImplement and maintain Health and Safety procedures from pre-start to project completion to ensure full compliance with all company HSQE standards, policies, processes, ISO accreditations and legislative requirementsEnsure all programmes, plans, method statements and risk assessments are robust, up to date, understood and implemented.Requirements :Data centre experience is not essential as this is the civil and foundation element so experience of Civil, through to Shell and Core is definitely neededLogistics experience is also ideal, deliveries of aggregates and materials, ensuring access to site etcUnderstanding of Piling and been onsite before managing this aspectIf this role is of interest to you, please apply now!LI-GB1
