We value diversity and inclusion in our hiring process.ActivitiesThe Contract Administrator oversees the efficient, compliant transportation of crude oil from production to refineries via pipelines. This role liaises with commercial teams, JV partners, and field operations, supporting contract execution and alignment with strategic goals.HSEPromote and enforce HSE and quality policies across JV partners and teams.Drive safety and environmental initiatives.Contract ManagementImplement and monitor logistics and lifting agreements.Ensure compliance with regulations and fair contractual treatment.JV Coordination & CommunicationServe as primary contact for JV partners, ENI, and SOM.Coordinate meetings and ensure alignment on operational plans.Operational OversightMonitor quality, quantity, and transport parameters.Manage stock levels and supply chain material balance.JV Referent DutiesRepresent the JV to ensure operational continuity and fair treatment.Handle schedule deviations and conflicts.Candidate ProfileDegree in Engineering, Economics, Logistics, or related fields.At least 5 years experience in Oil & Gas, preferably in JV environments.Knowledge of transportation contracts, lifting agreements, and regulations.Strong communication skills and proactive mindset.Fluent in English; French is a plus.Additional InformationTotalEnergies values diversity, promotes personal development, and offers equal employment opportunities.Senior LevelMid-Senior levelEmployment TypeContractJob FunctionManagement and ManufacturingIndustriesOil and Gas
