We are looking for Customer Service Representatives who speak Croatian and English to join our team supporting Booking.com. You will be the voice of a trusted global travel company, assisting customers with high-quality guidance and support.
Start date: 2 January 2026Location: Athens, Greece (on site)Salary: 1200 eur gross x 14Contract: Permanent and TemporaryShift:

40h/week (8h/day, 5 days/week)
Rotational Monday-Sunday | 08:00-19:00

Responsibilities

Provide customer support through phone, email, and chat
Assist customers with bookings, account issues, and general inquiries
Follow internal processes and elevate cases when needed
Deliver service with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism
Represent the Booking.com brand and ensure top customer satisfaction

Your Profile

Native/fluent in Croatian
English C1 and above
Strong communication, problem‑solving, and multitasking skills
Basic computer literacy
EU citizenship or a Residence Card with Full Market Access
