Summary
The new resource will be part of the Knauf Italy Marketing & Product Team and will carry out the following activities:
Management and optimization of CRM systems with the aim of supporting and developing the CRM culture in the company organization.
Analyze customer data to identify trends, behaviors, and opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create targeted strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
Work on improving customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting.
Track and report on key CRM metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Train staff on how to use the CRM system and provide ongoing support.
Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in CRM.
Educational background in Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
Knowledge of CRM platforms (i.e., Sales Force).
Data analysis, CRM segmentation, data extraction and query capabilities.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills.
Fluency in both Italian and English.

Indicative RAL 30.000 € - 35.000 € and in any case commensurate with the candidate's experience.
