We are looking for a CRM Specialist to lead our local CRM commercial strategy and drive customer engagement across email and push notifications. This role is based in Milan and part of the Italian subsidiary.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development and Execution: define, implement, and execute local CRM commercial strategy supporting business objectives.
Communication Calendar Management: set the commercial communication calendar for customer database engagement.
Customer Activation and Re‑engagement: own metrics, forecasts, and initiatives to increase active customers and re‑engagement.
CRM Lead for the Italian Subsidiary: act as reference for CRM activities, collaborate with local and global teams.
Cross‑functional Collaboration: align CRM strategy with overall commercial plan, working with marketing and e‑store teams.
Customer Journey and Automation: build, maintain, and update journeys and automation flows (triggers, services).
Audience Segmentation: segment audiences in the CDP for targeted communication.
Email Marketing Workflow Creation: design and manage workflows in Adobe Campaign.
Technical CRM Audiences and Data Ownership: maintain clear view of data sources and marts for insights, segmentation, and reporting.
CRM Enablers: work on data capture, collection, and quality management.
Onsite CRM Activation: collaborate with e‑store manager to increase opt‑ins and newsletter subscriptions.
Loyalty Program Management: set up, maintain, and update the loyalty program in the country.
Creative Content Development: localize and define layout/content of CRM communications.
External Partner Coordination: brief partners for creative assets.
Performance Analysis: analyze results, create reports, identify improvement areas.
A/B Testing: design and run A/B tests to improve campaign outcomes.
Additional Responsibilities
Customer segmentation & data analysis based on CDP.
Audience and optimization brief management.
Email marketing and communication management across app channels.
KPIs analysis and optimization.
Creation of segments and content for communications.
Definition and analysis of A/B tests.
Reporting and follow‑up.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing or Advertising.
3+ years of B2C email marketing experience, campaign creation, management, and optimization.
Strong dynamism, creativity, organization, customer orientation.
Minimum 1 year managing CRM email marketing tools (Adobe Campaign is an asset).
Analytical and planning skills.
Experience with Photoshop or similar editing tools.
Basic HTML knowledge is a plus.
Fluency in English.
