OverviewCRM Platform Project ManagerJoin our CRM Platforms team. The CRM Platforms team within the BH Commercial Excellence organization drives continuous improvement of Baker Hughes’ CRM ecosystem, strengthening core sales and commercial processes as part of a regular release cycle. The team also leads CRM enhancement projects that deliver cutting-edge and market-aligned solutions, ensuring our platform remains contemporary and responsive to evolving business needs – including alignment with the company’s dynamic business portfolio to support strategic growth and transformation.
Responsibilities
As the CRM Platform Project Manager, you will be responsible for to manage multiple CRM and digital technology projects that drive sales effectiveness, operational efficiency, and enhanced customer experience. This newly created role supports CRM platform operations and a growing project pipeline, requiring effective management of multiple initiatives concurrently.
Provide confident, strategic leadership with strong communication to guide cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, to gain alignment and sponsorship for strategically important initiatives. Own project delivery, shape execution approaches, and govern progress to ensure outcomes are delivered on time and within scope.
Lead CRM platform enhancements, integrations, and continuous service improvements while contributing to strategic planning and positioning within Baker Hughes’ broader technology roadmap. Coach and inspire project teams to adopt innovative and effective ways of working and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Collaborate across global teams including Americas, Europe, Middle East, and Asia, and work closely with internal functions and external vendors to identify opportunities, drive alignment, and unlock value through digital transformation.
This is a remote-first role, with occasional travel to our London office (1–2 times per year) as needed to engage with globally spread team members and business stakeholders.

Project Planning
Lead planning and execution of CRM and adjacent digital technology initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery within planned scope and budget to drive measurable business outcomes.
Develop clear project charters and success criteria to align cross-functional teams, guide execution, and enable post-project benefits realization.
Build and maintain optimized resource plans to enhance team efficiency, balance capacity, and maximize throughput across concurrent initiatives.
Design, refine, and socialize a scalable delivery playbook covering discovery, design, build, and rollout phases – adapting methodologies to project complexity and business context.
Craft robust business cases for strategic initiatives, articulating financial ROI, compliance impact, and improvements in sales effectiveness and operational efficiency.
Lead business discovery activities to identify, validate, and prioritize requirements for ongoing operational CRM releases and the broader project pipeline, contributing to continuous service improvement and strategic delivery planning.
Partner with BH Commercial Excellence and Digital Technology (DT) leaders to shape and synchronize annual CRM release schedules and project launches, ensuring alignment with evolving business priorities and strategic roadmaps.
Collaborate with enterprise architecture and data governance teams to embed CRM initiatives within the broader digital and data strategy, ensuring consistency, scalability, and long-term value creation.

Project Execution
Facilitate daily scrum calls to drive team alignment, track progress, remove blockers, and sustain delivery momentum across CRM and digital initiatives.
Provide expert guidance on solution architecture and delivery strategy, leveraging deep CRM and digital technology knowledge to validate approaches and ensure scalable, future-ready outcomes.
Own and lead critical workstreams within cross-functional business projects, ensuring seamless integration with CRM platforms and alignment with commercial processes.
Monitor release cycle and project progress using Salesforce and Deal Machine trackers, identifying risks early and driving timely resolution.
Partner with the Change Management team to formulate Change Management plans, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, training execution, and user adoption strategies to maximize business impact.
Mentor team members on project delivery best practices and foster a culture of continuous learning, ownership, and delivery excellence.
Ensure seamless operationalization of deliverables by planning and executing structured handovers and hyper-care to business teams to support, stabilize, and embed new processes and technologies.

Project Governance
Drive team performance by monitoring output against plans, ensuring delivery to key milestones while remaining agile to shifting priorities and safeguarding critical deliverables.
Track vendor time and resource consumption against plans, ensuring alignment with budget and expected deliverables, while managing variances to maintain financial and operational control.
Prepare high-impact executive presentations and milestone updates to maintain leadership engagement and support governance processes.
Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies and escalating as needed to ensure continuity and control.
Maintain a centralized repository of project documentation, capturing key decisions, risks, issues, and lessons learned to support transparency and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with internal governance frameworks, data privacy regulations, and IT security policies, embedding risk-aware practices into delivery.
Continuously evaluate and enhance project delivery processes by integrating stakeholder feedback and lessons learned to drive operational excellence and scalability.
Facilitate alignment sessions with stakeholders to build shared understanding of goals, timelines, dependencies, and success criteria, fostering collaboration and accountability.

To be successful in this role you will have
3–5 years of project management experience, including enterprise platform implementations and continuous service improvement; ideally including Salesforce Sales Cloud and Einstein/AgentForce implementations and integrations with adjacent third-party systems.
Familiarity with vendor evaluation and SaaS solution assessment.
3+ years working in Sales, Marketing, or Inquiry-to-Order (ITO) functions.
Demonstrated ability to shape CRM roadmaps and lead major revamp or implementation projects.
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Strong proficiency in budget estimation, cost control, and financial tracking.
Advanced data and analytics skills to support planning, problem sizing, and governance.
Proficient in delivering projects using hybrid Agile/Waterfall methodologies across the system development lifecycle.
Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with deep understanding of sales and commercial processes.
Systems thinker with the ability to document end-to-end business flows and guide solution design.
Thrive in fast-paced environments by driving clarity from ambiguity, delivering results under pressure, and maintaining project momentum.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills across multicultural teams.
High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and MS Teams.
